About Individual Meal Support
Meal support is available as needed and upon request, offering personalized guidance to help you navigate eating in various settings, whether alone or in social situations. This service is designed to equip you with practical skills and coping strategies for managing meals outside of the home, with a focus on fostering independence and reducing anxiety around food. I will work alongside you, applying a mindful approach to eating—starting from selecting a meal at a restaurant to each bite you take—aiming to increase your confidence and comfort with eating out.
Our time together will focus on helping you build a positive relationship with food and reclaim your ability to enjoy meals in any environment. Through structured support and gentle encouragement, I will assist you in recognizing and challenging unhelpful thoughts, guiding you toward a more intuitive and balanced approach to eating. Whether you’re working through specific fears or simply seeking to feel more at ease with food choices, this experience will support your recovery journey, enhancing your skills to manage real-world eating challenges with greater ease and resilience.
